Over the past twelve months the program has grown with us as it has been updated and improved. The software and ideas behind it are so good, we have actually changed our system to work with the program, with wonderful results all-round.

Our desk staff, once trained in the use of ILTS, need no further help! Gone are the days of cryptic messages left by reception staff – the program is so clear and easy to understand, no questions need be asked. And training is a simple 15 minute job – ILTS makes so much sense! We are saving hours each week by using this program and time is money – so we are clearly out in front.

Parents love the class detail slips, easy invoices and family schedules. Bookings and changes are a breeze. We’d never received comments on our booking efficiency until we started using ILTS.

First day turn ups are around 90% and follows up are no longer the ad-hoc phone calls that we hoped someone else remembered to make. The attendance sheets make it all so easy to get an accurate picture of where everyone is and should be. Make-up lessons are a breeze to organise and we no longer fear overloading a class with students doing make-up lessons.

This is our ninth term of using ILTS to look after our bookings. Customers are impressed with the professional approach we take with bookings and not only keep coming back, but are bringing all their friends with them.

Since we first used ILTS, we have increased our classes from 92 each week to 114 – due mainly to being able to see clearly where the largest waitlists were and being able to offer new classes. Extra classes means extra income for us, extra options for our customers and extra work for our instructors. Everyone is happy with that!

And payments are so easy to track. End of last term we only had $475 outstanding! Compare that to almost $3000 for the same time last year. ILTS has certainly got us working smarter!
